Kinda funny, but useless. Flag if old, but I haven't seen this anywhere. Hold attack after you grab a blade, then use the c-stick to turn around while walking.

If you continually pivot back and forth going a little further in one direction than the other you can do it as well and you don't need an item in hand.

Doesn't look as smooth as that though and doesn't go as far.

Unfortunately I can't see this being a useful tech.. ever. It's interesting and pretty funny to see characters shimmy in a slow fashion, but pivot walking is so slow and provides zero influence on mind games that I can't see it ever being used in competitive play for Megaman players (unless you wanted to taunt someone.)
