Yet another thread on that subject...

I've seen these threads being created for years and the problems in them were always similar.

1) Reknown top players from the community never participate actively in any of them.

2) They never end up with a finished tier list anyway.

I'm not against these threads per se (although admitedly I don't like them) and I don't want to sound elitist, but at least when there's an active one, try to use it
