Machamp will be Low Tier. Bottom if he turns out to be a grappler. It's always like this in fighting games. (Except in Skullgirls)

Pikachu is going to be good. Small hurtbox, fast, good rushdown moves, based on Heihachi. I dunno. Nothing below mid tier, but with the current roster, we can't know for sure.

On other news, dat Machamp super. Mudamudamudamuda... Close Combat + Stone Edge = Awesomeness.

Also, I know Nintendo and Game Freak can make some dumb decisions sometimes but there's NO way they could be so dumb as to keep this game Japan-only, right?...Right?
