New Glitch on an event match

I really don't know if this is new or not, but I have never seen it before, so I recorded it and uploaded.

Wow, I think it's sort of a glitch. It looked like he used his Up+B and he teleported and did damage recovered off of nothing. Plus, no electricity on the Up+b o_0

I think it might be that the WireFrames have big hit boxes, and Ganondorf grabs the outside of the hitbox.
