Nayru's Jump

I have seen where some Zelda players can do Nayru's while jumping after being hit. I've done it a few times, but I'm still not entirely sure on how to do it. I can see some benefits in this, but is it staple that I should really try to learn? And I'm just curious of how it's done.

Are you referring to Nayru's Glide?

That's the only special Nayru's mechanic in 3.5.
