Okay, first off this is not a true combo!!! Although your opponent usually won't see it coming, and with good timing you should be able to pull it off with ease!
Okay. it basically starts off U-tilt, short hop, b-air, fair.
You should be able o pull it off and low percents but it works best around maybe 20-40%.
I use it occasionally and I can usually pull it off.
