Music screws up when you start

Ok, every time i start up the game when it gets to the menu it starts with a song that i didn't put on, plus it sounds all fuzzy, i've already tried de-fraging the sd card two times already, and it does nothing, i changed my normal brawl copy with another of a friend of mine, does the same thing, i took out everything i had, including the songs and put normal PM back on, still the same thing. And finally, i re-downloaded PM with both codesets, and its still the same thing -_-

yup, still nothing, i've come to think it was my wii but i even tried 2.5b again and all the songs are ok, weird
