C-sticking pellets won't make them fire faster. Mega Man is locked into certain rates of fire.

I believe there's an error with Mega Man's Fsmash damage. It's 11-12% uncharged, not 10%.
In v1.0.4 (the files of which I used for this), FSmash is listed as doing 10% uncharged. After checking it out, I can confirm it now does 11.5% uncharged. Thanks for tipping me off!

Edit: Unless FSmash is just weird and it always did more than 10%?

However, I am not sure if it's accurate because it says there are Super Armor frames on Mega's Dtilt?! Is this the same as the partial intangibility listed in our data in this thread?
