A perfect way to practice and warmup for GOML is to come to Smash Ottawa Monthly# 2!
SOM is a Monthly tournament for Super Smash Bros. Melee hosted at Algonquin College, in Ottawa, Ontario.
It takes place on the 2nd floor of the E building, or "Student Commons".

Registration begins at 12:45 PM
1:00 PM - 10:00PM (Likely able to stay later)
Doors at 11
4:00 PM (tentatively)
Singles Bracket Matches begin
Entry Fee:
Melee Singles: $5
Bring your own Controller!
Conveniences/Other details:
There are plenty of fast food restaurants around, and you are welcome to eat at the event.
Clean up after yourself. Respect the venue.
Doors open at 11, and you can play friendlies before and after the event. Pools begin at 1:00PM Sharp
It is your responsibility to play your games in a timely manner, or else you will be DQ'ed.
