Lucas freezing during up throw

I was playing as Peach against Lucas, threw turnips up, Lucas grabbed me, started an up throw, and got frozen when the turnip landed where I was, mid throw. Peach had full movement, but Lucas had absolutely no movement until he was hit again, or pushed off the ledge.

I'm on version 2.5b

Sounds like something similar to Diddy's Uthrow glitch from vBrawl.
