So I was playing on Pokemon stadium 2 against my friend. He was playing Cpt. Falcon. He managed to power shield my Aura Sphere, he reflected and I (Lucario) jumped through it. I took no damage what so ever, no knock back, no interaction with the projectile.I know when you power shield other projectiles like Falco lasers and Mario fireballs that they can hurt themselves. So is this a bug?

Are you sure it was reflected? Sometimes you can deflect the aura spheres at weird angles including right back where it came from and deflected projectiles still belong to the one who used it. Do you have a replay?

I don't have the replay. It didn't go off at a weird angle, it came straight back at me if my memory serves well. Perfectly horizontal. No angles.

I know the sphere can hit me because when it is reflected with a space animals reflector it hurts me.

Guess it was just deflected. For future reference, how can you tell the difference, besides the damage? Is there a visual cue? a sound?

Aurasphere has a tendency to just bounce back at you off someone's shield, but it'll lose its actual hitbox. The only way you can really tell if it was reflected is with the powershield sound effect.
