Livestreaming Melee

I know, I know, I could've posted this in another place but Im just wondering something since Im ordering computer parts for streaming melee on twitch. What should I buy to stream melee on twitch. Or what capture card. CRTs are in pics. Also I play melee on wii if that makes a difference.

The technique I use is ultra easy, but it uses field blending rather than legit deinterlacing so the quality won't be as great as other techniques. If you're as clueless as I am about this stuff, it might be a good way to start
