I have thought of a Battle Sim that goes like this:
Battle sim: Can a Level 1 trump a Level 100 in one hit? By Pika25
8 turn limit Single Battle. Win to clear.

Pika's Pokes:

1) Plusle Lv1
HP 12 Speed 6
Attack 6 Sp.Atk 6
Defense 6 Sp.Def 6

Moves:
Baton Pass
Nasty Plot
Fake Tears

Trait: Plus

2) Cyndaquil Lv1 @ Choice Specs
HP 11 Speed 6
Attack 5 Sp.Atk 7
Defense 5 Sp.Def 5

Move:
Overheat

Trait: Blaze

Opponent's Pokes:

1) Paras Lv100 @ Leftovers
HP 180 Speed 55
Attack 262 Sp.Atk 95
Defense 115 Sp.Def 103

Moves:
Sunny Day
False Swipe

Trait: Dry Skin

Solution: Use the first six turns to setup with Plusle, three Fake Tears and three Nasty Plots. On turn 7, pass to Cyndaquil. The sun will be up by then. Paras will False Swipe you on turn 8, activating your Blaze ability. That's when Overheat is used.

Damage calculation from Psypoke:

Cyndaquil's original Sp.Atk: 7
Times 4 for +6 Sp.Atk: 28
Times 1.5 for Choice Specs: 42

Paras's original Sp.Def: 103
Times 0.25 for -6 Sp.Def: 25

Overheat's Base Power: 140

Cyndaquil gets STAB on Overheat: x1.5
Overheat is supereffective on Bug: x2
Overheat is supereffective on Grass: x2
Paras's Dry Skin is activated: x1.25
The sun is bright: x1.5
Cyndaquil's Blaze is activated: x1.5
Overall result: Between 186 and 220 damage
Paras has 180 HP, so it OHKO's.

I executed another scenario like this on ShoddyBattle, battling myself. Here's an in-depth description.

First of all, I searched for a Pokemon that would be as powerful as possible with an exploitable large power move on lvl1. Finally, I stumbled upon Cranidos with Head Smash (obtained by breeding two Rampradoses that already have Head Smash). Cranidos has base 125 attack, reaching a whopping 8 attack on Lvl1 with 100 EVs and a +Attack nature. The 100 EVs can be attained with Proteins.

Next, for the victim. The two pokemon that fit the victim's role are Ledyba and Combee (both 4x weak to rock). I chose to use Ledyba. Ledyba has 40 base HP and 30 base Def.

The teams I was using were:
Attacker:

Meditite (M) @ Nothing, Level 1
Ability: Pure Power
EVs:
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Baton Pass
---
Smeargle (M) @ Nothing, level 1
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 100 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Sweet Scent
- Screech
- Baton Pass
---
Cranidos (M) @ Choice Band, Level 1
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 100 Atk
Brave nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Head Smash
Defender:

Smeargle (M) @ Nothing, Level 1
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs:
Lonely nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Skill Swap
- Baton Pass
- Swagger
- Splash
---
Ledyba (M) @ Nothing, Level 100
Ability: Early Bird
EVs:
Lonely nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Snore
Important notes: Ledyba has 0 Defense and HP IVs, bringing it to 190 HP and 58 Defense. If my understanding is correct, Smeargle can obtain multiple moves at Lvl1 by Heart scaling Sketch multiple times. With the EVs and natures I used, I reach the following speeds:

Meditite - 5
Smeargle (Attacker) - 7
Smeargle (Victim) - 6
Cranidos - 5
Ledyba - Irrelevant

And here's the log:

PT9Sceptile sent out Smeargle (lvl 1 Smeargle ?).
PT8Sceptile sent out Meditite (lvl 1 Meditite ?).
Smeargle used Skill Swap.
Smeargle swapped abilities with its opponent!
Meditite used Baton Pass.
PT8Sceptile switched in Smeargle (lvl 1 Smeargle ?).
---
Smeargle used Sweet Scent.
Smeargle's evasion was lowered.
Smeargle used Swagger.
Smeargle's attack missed!
---
Smeargle used Sweet Scent.
Smeargle's evasion was lowered.
Smeargle used Swagger.
Smeargle's attack was sharply raised.
---
Smeargle used Screech.
Smeargle's defence was harshly lowered.
Smeargle used Swagger.
Smeargle's attack was sharply raised.
---
Smeargle used Screech.
Smeargle's defence was harshly lowered.
Smeargle used Swagger.
Smeargle's attack was sharply raised.
---
Smeargle used Screech.
Smeargle's defence was harshly lowered.
Smeargle used Splash.
But nothing happened!
---
Smeargle used Baton Pass.
PT8Sceptile switched in Cranidos (lvl 1 Cranidos ?).
Smeargle used Skill Swap.
Smeargle swapped abilities with its opponent!
---
Smeargle used Baton Pass.
PT9Sceptile switched in Ledyba (lvl 100 Ledyba ?).
Cranidos used Head Smash.
It's super effective!
Ledyba lost 118% of its health.
PT9Sceptile's Ledyba fainted.
Cranidos was hit by recoil!
Cranidos lost 792% of its health.
PT8Sceptile's Cranidos fainted.
---
PT8Sceptile: Success.
It maybe is possible to optimize this a bit more, but I couldn't find a way to do that. By removing the sweet scents you get 2 more turns to do something. Rollout has potential to reach even higher power if I could squeeze in a third extra turn, but that would require some more researching for optimization and I'm too bored to do that right now.

Then again, there's that well known way of using Rattatas to beat any Pokemon over level 20.
====================================

Rattata.
Item:
Focus Sash
Moves:
Quick Attack
Endeavor

Scenario:
Opposing Pokemon uses move that knocks rattata's HP down to one, Rattata having been saved by the focus sash.
Rattata uses Endeavor, reducing opposing POkemon's HP down to one.

Rattata uses Quick Attack.
Opposing Pokemon Fainted.

===================================
I think it's pretty cool.

I did something like this except I had a Pure Power CB Power Tricked lvl 100 Shuckle with + 6 Attack hit a -6 defense, -2 evasion, lvl 1 combee with rollout on the fifth turn

It was fun. XD

enough of those "FEAR" pokes, how else can level 1 own level 100 one hit without using Endeavor?

they wont work (only R/B/G/Y would it work) because they auto-fail on higher or same lvl pokemon.
same lvl is wrong (meant in gen 1, where it was actually same speed, but is same lvl from gen 2 on)

I think Mudkip can also F.E.A.R and or Zigzagoon(I HATE HIM)
no Mudkip doesn't get priority; I don't think Zigzagoon endeavors.

Btw no more of this FEAR stuff.

Lv 1 Sableye
-Shadow Sneak

Against

Lv 100 Shedinja
-Swords Dance
-Confuse Ray
-Shadow Claw
-X-Scissor
That's exactly it. Take advantage of Shedinja's single hit point to nail it with the only priority move that breaks its Wonder Guard: Shadow Sneak. The same story for Kecleon and Duskull.

(Or more like, one of two, where the other is Sucker Punch, but that's only if the target uses a damaging attack like tbolt, or in Shedinja's case Shadow Claw and X Scissor.)

Cranidos and Pinsir both have mold breaker, but according to Bulbapedia, only Pinsir possesses a priority move in Quick Attack (bred from Scyther) but even while breaking Wonder Guard it still can't hit it due to the Ghost typing.

But this is why in competitive battles, if you run Shedinja it too should run Shadow Sneak so as to not get owned like this. (But even with Shadow Sneak Shedinja doesn't stand a chance to Level 1 Kecleon with Shadow Sneak assuming it didn't Color Change, because Kecleon, being a Normal type, is immune to Ghost moves including Shadow Sneak. And Kecleon's Shadow Sneak out-prioritizes Shedinja's X Scissor.)

If the above, Defense Curl was passed to if not used by Shuckle, and it crits Combee, then it does this much damage at maximum:

71,298,684 damage, or 648,169,854% on 11 HP, 4 defense Combee with -6 defense from 614 defense, power tricked CBShuckle with +6 attack and Pure Power skill-swapped onto it.

Weavile uses its choice of dark type attack
Ralts is left at 1 hp by focus sash
Ralts uses trick room

turn 2
Ralts uses desinty bond
Weavile finishes off Ralts
Weavile faints with ralts.

It ain't a perfect way but even if you get trick room off.. weavile is screwed up.

This thread isn't stupid, did you read the one about Cyndaquil vs. Paras? That's pure genius. Although, once you use that and Shedinja up, yea, this thread is pointless.

shuckle gets rollout in emerald and power trick in dp at 48. but I don't think you can breed the same shuckle at level 1 and still get rollout (or for that matter, defense curl), but if it does (assuming Platinum has the same move tutors as Emerald, defense curl and rollout in particular) buneary with choice band and moves switcheroo/substitute/baton pass at level 1 will be in the opposing team. switcheroo to switch choice band to shuckle. and shuckle will have leftovers originally. and attacker's smeargle will have iron defense for moveslot 4. opposing smeargle splashes while attacker's smeargle uses iron defense three times. after shuckle (cranidos' replacement) is baton passed to, the battle will go like this:

Smeargle used Baton Pass.
Buneary was sent out.
Shuckle used Power Trick.
Shuckle switched its attack with its defense!

Buneary used Substitute.
Buneary created a substitute!
Shuckle used Defense Curl.
Shuckle's defense rose!

Buneary used Switcheroo.
Buneary switched items with Shuckle.
Buneary obtained Leftovers.
Shuckle obtained Choice Band.
Shuckle used Rollout.
Buneary's substitute faded!

Buneary used Substitute.
