On December 3rd from 10:00AM 8:00PM, Doors Open at 10:00AM, Tournament officially starts at

12:00pm.

Japanese Student Association (JSA), will sponsor a tournament here at California State University Los

Angeles with the game Super Smash Bros. Project M 3.5!

Room: LA room C located on third floor of Student union.

The tournament itself is $5.00 to enter (you will pay at entrance.)

Rules for Tournament play:

1) 4 Stock

2) 8:00 minutes per match

3) Items are turned to OFF and NONE

4) Pausing during a match, unless okayed by the other player, will result in the loss of one stock for the

pauser.

5)In the case that time runs out and both characters have an equal amount of lives, the character with less

damage wins the match. If both characters have equal lives and damage, the match must be replayed;

Sudden Death is strictly not to be played.

6) Doubleelimination. (** This may change to singleelimination if time constraint occurs**)

7) Sets are best of 3. For [Finals] they are best of 5.

1st place: $30~50 Visa Gift Card (Based on number of participants.)

2nd place: $15~25 Visa Gift Card (Based on number of participants.)

3rd place: $5~10 Visa Gift Card

Project M Stagelist:

The first game will use 1-2-1 ban for starters. Counter picks will use winner ban 2 loser chose.

The player who lost the previous match chooses a stage, then the player who won chooses their character,

then the player who lost chooses their character.

A: Project M is a legal modified version of Super Smash Bros. Brawl that has the same mechanics/physics

as the previous installment "Super Smash Bros. Melee" with the same characters as Super Smash Bros.

Q: I never played Project M, is there a way I can practice?

A: Yes! Just come on by and play on a random setup and wait for challenges for friendlies.

Q: Are people from outside of CSULA allowed?

A: Yes! This is a tournament open to public so anyone is welcome!

Q: I don't want to enter the tournament but just want to socialize and play for fun.

A: No problem! We will host free to play all day for setups that are used for friendlies

Q:Are audience allowed to watch?

A: Yes, they are allowed at all times.

Q:Are controllers provided?

A: Yes, only few gamecube controllers will be provided but it is recommended for you to bring your personal

controllers as there are preference in play styles.

ex: Wii Classic Pro controllers, Wiimote+Nunchuk, etc.
