So if I was going to use this data for real players with DI would it be safe to add about 10% to the no DI numbers?

Would it be possible for someone less lazy than me to test what health they'd need to be with jigglypuff having different health values? He's capable of killing lucario on an omega stage at 25% when he has 114% and that really has me wondering how much health people would need to be at for things like 50%, 100%, and 150%.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just tried to recreate this in training and rage had little noticeable effect. Really have no clue what the hell happened when this happened.

With vectoring I would add 23% to the numbers posted here based on my testing. It sounds awful but it really isn't as the rage effect mechanic also greatly increases the knockback of rest. I've ko'd a Sheik at 23% because I was at around 135%. Granted they probably didn't vector properly.

Also if they vector upwards for some reason and get hit by rest they will die about 20% earlier than listed at 0%.

Meaning with the rage effect of you at 150% and them holding up, you can ko Sheik at like 15% and Kirby weighted characters at 10 or below probably.

It goes both ways and most of this is an educated guess based on testing a few characters. But try it, to be sure.

Now that vectoring is gone this list is the closest to the real thing.
Can anyone confirm if DI to the side would increase the damage needed for a kill?

These are all different on the WiiU version due to different blastzones. Mario ko'd around 52%.

New rest KO percentages:

Jigglypuff - 38%
Sheik - 47%
Mario - 54%
Shulk - 56%
Bowser - 60%
Dedede - 71%

On average it requires 6% less to KO due to lower blastzone ceilings. This was tested in training mode on FD, no DI. Also yes the loss of vertical vectoring makes these percents more reliable, however you can still crouch before the hit and live a lot longer, but it has to be a crouch.

Now for the fun part:

Jiggs at 150% Rest on Mario KO percent: 29% (sometimes 28%)
