Maybe I heard wrong, but I had heard M2k won 2-0, and the Scrooging Rule is immediate iirc. If it's done then it's done, like IDC here, I don't believe it has to do with timeouts.

Why are people spelling Vinnie's name "Vennie"? Is this some meme I'm not following or people not knowing how to spell his name?

Otori 1:1 Rain right now.

I wonder if this still is Bo5 now, or if everything is Bo3.

E: Nvm its Bo3, as the the stream now shows "The last match"

WF is bo3, no idea what GF is.

Im not sure where people are getting it from that M2K won 2-0 then lost 0-2 with the dq.

That sounds absurd and I dont see how anyone would get that if it wasnt posted here or said by the commentator.

Amazing matches, amazing GFs, amazing Vinnie. Excellent work to him!

Vinnie has now placed 2nd at two ridiculously stacked Japanese tournaments, beaten 9B, Otori, and taken Rain through two sets to final game. He also took out Masha and Earth (who both beat M2K) and others along the way. I'm so impressed.

I was cheering Vinnie so hard during those GF matches. I gathered all of my energy to send the American spirit bomb to him. Sadly, he didn't win but he gave his best. Best grand finals ever. \:yeahboi:/

Japanese had me laughing hard when they did the "BEWWWWWWWWWWWWW" sound effect on Vinnie's dair

Good **** to you Vinnie. So close.

This isn't automatically going to mean that Vinnie will **** USA when he returns... but I think he may be coming back to the US with a vengeance. It's good because he was apparently so demoralized when he got there. Go Vinnie!

m2k and vinnie did amazing good **** to both of them, m2k for not giving up after losing a tight set to otori and then beating maguro, daiki, and nietono(conquered those olimar demons, plus epic seriously against 9b. wish you would've beaten masha though) and vinnie for beating 9b, otori, masha and almost beating rain 2x.

m2k and vinnie both coming back to the U.S. more **** than they left it(stepping outta dat hyperbolic time chamber/japan)

Yeah seriously, they both leveled up significantly from their last US tourney. It's exciting to see 9B lose to Otori, only to have Vinnie avenge 9B by beating Otori, THEN get revenge on 9B by beating him. It's also exciting to see M2K of all people 2-0 Nietono. Talk about exposed, lol.
