As a fellow TO, is it alright if I ask about a few of the stages I didn't see on the Wii U stagelist. In particular why is Wuhu Island not available with both Skyloft and Delfino Plaza available? I'm also curious as to why you don't have Duck Hunt legal as it has been working well in my, as well as other tournaments.

i.m.o I don't really like Wuhu Island and the Duck Hunt stage for competitive matches. I'm glad it isn't added in the stage list 
I plan on attending butI have few issues with the Smash U ruleset.
- Mii Fighters are banned
Why would you ban a perfectly viable character? In germany most will use the "bring your own Mii clause" with Mii Fighter being able to be used with no restrictions.
- Duck Hunt banned
Why is Duck Hunt banned? At one point I was considering adding it to the starter list..
- 8 Minutes
Because of people playing with 2 Stocks 3 Minutes a stock would be the better rule of thumb so 3 Stocks = 9 Minute timer to have a reasonable ruling here.
