Itakio already has the red jacekt from last time, so he gets an automatic bye to finals.
4 stocks each. No time limit.
Loser counterpicks stage from these choices:
Battlefield
Yoshi's Story
Pokemon Stadium
Final Destination
Dreamland
Fountain of Dreams is banned due to lag in 4 player matches.
Prelims will be 4 person FFAs. First person to win 2 matches in the FFA advances to the next round.
A 3player FFA then takes place and 2nd person to get 2 wins advances to the next round.
In Semi-Finals the top 3 will advance from the FFA into finals using the format above.
Finals will be first Falco to 3 wins. The winning Falco earns the right to use the red falco costume no matter what.
