So to celebrate the New Year and the New Smash Game, Hitbox Arena is proud to announce its 2-Day Smash Event - Our Mew Years 2015 Tournament featuring Melee, Project M and Smash 4.
Here are some of the things this Mini-Major will offer:
-2 Day event with Singles, Doubles for all Games, except for Smash 4 which will offer a 1v1, 2v2 & 4v4 team competition.
-$50 guaranteed Pot bonuses for ALL singles brackets
-$100 Pot-Bonus for brackets of greater than 32 entrants
-FREE New Limited Edition GameCube Controller Challenge Bracket. Preregistered players only
(Game mode TBA)
-SmashBurgers food-fest (in negotiations)
-Payouts to top 8 players in singles and Payout to top 4 in teams.
-Preregistration venue discounts ($15/2-day pass before midnight Jan 8. $20/2-day pass at door, day of event.
-Dual streams for Winners and Losers brackets
-Split-sessions to minimize bracket overlaps

Smash 4 Game Rules:
-Smash 4 SIngles - 2 Stock/ 6 Min, No Items, Pause Disabled, 2/3 Games, 3/5 for Finals Matches
-Smash 4 Doubles/4v4 - 2 Stock/8 Min,etc...
-Have added a question on the pre-reg about 2 or 3 stock. If we get enough requests for 3 stock, we will consider it. Always looking to please the community!
