"It's a Regular show" - Mordecai and Rigby support thread!

Heyo again guys and gals!
Tankman here are we're gonna make a support thread for, as you know it.....
Mordecai and Rigby!

Who are they?
Mordecai and Rigby are main characters of Regular Shows series made by J. C Quintel on Cartoon Network back in 2010. Mordecai is 23-year old Blue Jay and Rigby is 23-year old Raccoon, who are they best friends since childhood. They work as park groundskeepers and they go through surreal adventures with Muscle Man, Skips the Yeti and Hi-5 Ghost while Benson is angry Park Mananger and he hates them due to their "Slacking" nature.

They are also semi-iconic Cartoon Network characters that their Cartoon was success in 2010, however their Season 5-6 was little downfall, but still they were popular and that's why they need to be in Multiversus as Playable characters.

How they could work, dude?
Mordecai and Rigby has a lot of moveset potential as potential fuo fighter in Multiversus, since they could work like Ice Climbers, which they could cooperate like Tom & Jerry or being a stance Fighter like Pyra/Mythra in Smash.
Their moveset potential could consist of Driving Golf Carts as Side B and their Final Smash-like move could be where Mordecai and Rigby could summon one of Surreal Entities to attack the opponents like Cinematic Final Smashes.

Why they need to be in Multiversus?
Mordecai and Rigby need to be in Multiversus, because they could have cool moveset potential and their Show was successful, but Underrated Cartoon Network Classic. Mordecai & Rigby could be Modern CN reps for Multiversus along with Confirmed Steven Universe, which it could give more Modern representation. Their Inclusion would be nostalgic for people, who watched Regular Show as kid or teenager back in early 2010's.
Besides that, I believe that they are possibly most requested characters for Multiversus and they could be added due to possibly being highly requested Character.
Mordecai and Rigby also appeared in a lot of Crossovers like OK KO: Crossover Nexus as Cameos, where Ben 10 was transforming into them while doing a final blow.

My Last words about Mordecai and Rigby:
I really want them in Multiversus, so I made this thread to support them to become a Playable fighters in Multiversus.
Also, I want them in game due to being mine Childhood Cartoon on Cartoon Network.

I could post my Mordecai moveset here.
Class
Bruiser

Ground Normals
Neutral: Beak Jab - CHARGES a jab with his beak.
Side: Punchies - Performs a series of punches.
Up: OHHHHH!!!!! - Waves his arm in the air above himself, hitting up to three times.
Down: Video Game Controller - Pushes down a video game controller. Can be CHARGED.

Air Normals
Neutral: Cheezers - Swings a grilled cheese sandwich.
Side: Beak Drill - Turns horizontal and spins around rapidly, hitting with his beak. Can be CHARGED.
Up: Uppercut - Performs an uppercut.
Down: Basketball Power - Mordecai is coated with blue energy, as he dives straight down with a basketball. Can be CHARGED, which also increases speed.

Specials
Neutral: Laser Ring - Fires a powerful laser PROJECTILE from a ring. Can be aimed. Charging the move has Mordecai take off the ring and toss it, turning it into an ITEM which explodes after a set time. Doing this puts the move into COOLDOWN.
Side: Dodgeball - Throws a dodgeball PROJECTILE. Can be aimed. If used in the air, Mordecai scoots back some before throwing. Hitting an enemy applies a DODGEBALL DEBUFF, decreasing the range of their PROJECTILES. Mordecai can throw three dodgeballs before COOLDOWN.
Up: Double Hoverboard - Rides up on a double hoverboard, which also knocks enemies away. Using this near an ally has them ride on the hoverboard with Mordecai, also increasing the power of the move.
Down: Mint Blizzard - Begins consuming breathmints, generating ice around him that applies an ICE DEBUFF to enemies.

Ground Normals
Neutral: Hamboning! - Rapidly hambones, performing several slaps in the process.
Side: Tail Swings - Swings his tail up to three times.
Up: OHHHHH!!!!! - Waves his arm in the air above himself, hitting rapidly. Rigby can walk while performing this move.
Down: Tail Sweep - Ducks and spins around, hitting with his tail on both sides.

Air Normals
Neutral: Rock, Paper, Scissors - Rigby holds out his fist and shakes it twice before throwing rock, paper, or scissors, alternating each time the move is used. Each option is a different attack. Rock is the strongest, paper is the quickest, and scissors hits twice.
Side: Meatball Suuuuub! - Swings a long meatball sub. Can be CHARGED.
Up: Tail Flip - Performs a frontflip, hitting up with his tail in the process.
Down: Space Credits - Takes out a card and swipes with it. Using the input again has Rigby swipe with a hat. Using the input a third time has Rigby swipe with his arm. Each hit is stronger than the last.

Specials
Neutral (Ground): Sandboning - Rapidly slaps the ground, sending out sand that flies randomly in three directions. The sand does little damage and no knockback, but applies stacks of WEAKENED DEBUFF.
Neutral (Air): Spoonboning - Takes out spoons and rapidly slaps with them, hitting hard with each slap. Hitting an ally with a slap powers up their next attack.
Side: Wall Buddy - Rigby takes out a red machine. The machine then begins to extend until the input is released, or until a maximum length is reached. The machine can also be moved up and down as it extends. As it extends, it knocks opponents away. When it's finished extending, it stays on the stage for a while, serving as both a platform and a wall. Has COOLDOWN.
Up: Time Machine - Rigby pulls out a spherical time machine and marks his location. The next time this move is used, Rigby teleports to the location, then enters COOLDOWN. Using the second phase of this move near an ally will teleport them along with Rigby. On COOLDOWN, Rigby does a rising tail backflip.
Down: Playco Armboy - Rigby tosses a mechanical arm ITEM onto the stage, then enters COOLDOWN. Anyone who picks up the item gains a BUFF to their melee attacks.
