Full Jump Fast Falled Forward Air? Don't seem like it would work, but that's probably what it means.

Usually dthrow->utilt-> punch->regrab->dthrow->utilt->usmash works for unsuspecting players. If they're ready for it and are fast enough they can get out after the first punch though.
