That's not a glitch. That just Dr. mario's ridiculously long ledge grab range. Ness and Marth have that, too, although not to the extent that Dr. Mario does.

Lol, this is like ultra-irony for me...

1. I main Jigglypuff.
2. My friend (and closest in level in the area), Tar, is effectively maining Doc.
3. Jungle Japes is both of our favorite stage.
4. Consistently in our matches, I have always out-grabbed his Doc (at least as far as actual grabbing is concerned)

If anything, it reminds me of one match where I started to fly across the stage high above with pound, and he tried to up-b to reach me... he missed, and ended up exactly where the pound hitbox was :D
