This is the official event page for Season one of the CEO 2016 sponsorship tournament series. There will be four seasons, see dates below, consisting of 4 weekly tournaments. The two players with the highest points each season will advance to the finals in May. The finals will be a 4 week Round Robin tournament.

Full paid sponsorship to CEO 2016 in Orlando, FL on June 24th-26th including:
-Round trip transportation and lodging

TOURNAMENT RULES:
This is region locked, US only
32 players per week cap

Points as follow:
1st Place - 25 points
2nd Place - 18 points
3rd Place - 15 points
4th Place - 12 points
5th Place - 10 points
7th Place - 8 points
9th Place - 6 points
13th - last - 4 points

1st and 2nd each month in points will advance to the final round
This is wifi so you must have stable internet connection, any major issues will be immediately disqualified.
should a match disconnect we will start back at stock and percentage.
if possible please record or screenshot your results should there be any disputes.
This is a scheduled event if you are not on time you will be disqualified.
This is hosted on SmashLadders(Anthers) if you cannot be found in the chat room you will be disqualified.

February 6th, 13th, 20th, & 27th

Season Three:
March 12th, 19th, 26th & April 2nd

Season Four:
April 9th, 16th, 23rd, & 30th

Finals:
May 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th

Rules are as followed:
Game version: US Nintendo WiiU
Game Settings: 2 Stock, 6 Minute Time Limit, Items Off, Double Elimination
Order of events: Pick characters, then stage striking

Omega Stages (if Final Destination is banned, Omega stages are as well)

First stage is decided by banning from the stage list in P1-P2-P2-P1 order.
Following stages decided by the winner banning 1 stage and then loser choosing

Winning player is not locked into the same character for the next match, but has to pick before loser selects character.
You may not choose a stage you have already won on unless mutually agreed to.
You may not play on a stage that is not on the available stages list.
