It can go down from like anywhere in the afternoon til like 6 or so. A couple of other people can come if they want I suppose, but most people make johns about my small TV, the haters. I'm also lazy and would rather play in my room for my own convenience, which would obv get more cramped with pretty much any more than 4 people total. IM my AIM and **** to see what's going on.
