Ice Climbers Independent Shield Input Glitch

I wasn't too sure what to call this, but it has to do with L and R now being separate inputs. If you try to wavedash oos with Ice climbers (using L and R), popo will wavedash, but nana will just jump. If you hold down R and then press L while in the air, nana will sometimes airdodge very late (much later than her normal lag) or not airdodge at all.
