I need some help getting mostly involves USB Loader GX 3.0 working for Project M! Please Help!

So like I got USB Loader GX(keep in mind that I wasn't the one who put it on my SD card), but.......it isn't version 3.0 its 1.0. So it doesn't have have the VBI option needed in the homebrew method. So can you guys instruct me on how to put it as a homebrew app on my SD card please?
