I need help with Wii Homebrew!!!

So after spending hours trying to figure out how to install the Homebrew channel on my Wii, and
I finally did, I was so excited, but now i'm not...I don't know how to put game on it! I have a bunch of emulators, and when i try to put a ROM in there, nothing happens, and I also tried putting Quake and Asteroids Wii (Homebrew games) can someone please explain to me how to be able to play games on the Homebrew channel???:urg:
