How do I make a move stop on contact?

I feel like I posting too much stuff that no one cares about, but I just wanted to ask this. I'm making Ganon weird and stupid and was trying to figure out how to do this.

I'm actually not sure if melee has this sort of negative-edge type implementation, or if there's any actual way to be able to do this with the current set of tools. If there is a way to do it, hit me up.
