How do I even work with ProjectEX 3.6?

I recently downloaded ProjectEX 3.6 Build, and I was wondering, how do I even run the game?
I used Gecko and PM Launcher, but it just booted up normal Brawl. The cheats are correct and they are indeed in the cheats folder. I open up the clone manager and I go to the rootof my SD card, and it is indeed PM cause Mewtwo and Roy are in there as clones already. Anyone knows why PM isn't loading up?

Nvm, I got it. I do need a link to PM 3.02 tho, do you have one?
