How do I add skins?

Greetings!

I am fairly new to this while Proyect M (read today) and I was amazed with what I saw, also some people here's skins are just incredible good like NFreaks's and They's. But I cant seem to find a guide on how to implement that and the portrait into the game without messing this up.

Also and please don't hate me but I cannot for the life of me find the download bottom for the skins in the Brawl vault, hell I even registered.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Found the downloads! Yay for me. Now if I could only implement them..
