How do can stop Peach.

I was watching a Movie on Mike G. I noticed that when he chases after his opponent he is able to stop automatically and perform a D Smash on his enemy. How is he able to do that. I learned recently how to make Peach stop in place when she's running with a vegatable to toss at someone, but it's not the same as what Mike G does.

Can someone help me out here.

With that grammar, I really don't think SSBM should be a priority.

My fault I was trying to say "How do I stop peach" I type really fast, and at times I have alot on my mind. Error kinda comes common

while running press down on the control stick and quickly dsmash.
the faster the better.
you can also do this with any other smash move if you would like.
