Megaman I think is whatever that high/mid tier border point is. Although he's been underperforming as a character as of late (Zucco off the map / I don't hear much from NinjaLink).

Toon Link is great, I'm just too busy with robin to show you guys, and I believe Lucy can do it. He can hold his own against any character and would glad to try a serious set with anyone to prove that point.

Lucina seems pretty solid now with functioning dancing blade and a few frames of lag off of alright poking moves. That plus the extra buff on fsmash makes it even more ludicrously strong.

Flash is definitely sick. But BRUH. Arrow better than Daredevil? DEFINITELY not Season 3. DD was sick. You could argue its better or as good as Flash.

You don't even know the things I know about Flash season 2.

Marth's still better IMO, but the gap is smaller than before.

She's more percent centric than Marth is, she's looking at dtilt-> db or aerial->db and then fsmashing someone near a ledge for a stock at 80%.

She's good at that but otherwise not really better than Marth at anything.

As for the lucario thing, I think vectoring being removed is what truly nerfed Lucario to the ground.
Vectoring removed buffed Yoshi in a sense, but he still has to work incredibly hard to land anything.

Lucario's reduction in reach from Brawl and almost non-existent neutral game is what hurts him the most. He has no reliable answer to pressure. And he's not an easy character to use, as if this wasn't obvious already. You see people complain he's broken but then look at character usage and...?

I don't consider vectoring a factor since it affects everyone. Vector in general is garbage replacemt for DI, but it's whatever.

If you mean transition from brawl to smash 4 then yeah Lucario got massively nerfed.

Yeah, he's a rare case where a new character was just fine in their debut, but then gets nerfed because of minor design changes and philosophies in a subsequent game.

Plus this means I can use Lucario and Ike again in singles. Lucario is trash in Sm4sh unfortunately. I always bat my eyes when I see him put in the upper half of these tier lists.
