Event - EVO 2016 Housing , Split hotel or some king of guidance

This is my first time going to Evo / Vegas, i am flying from another country and i had some trouble with my hotel reservation / credit card , so i am looking for relatively cheap housing or split hotel near the venue,

(Worst case scenario) My flight arrives tomorrow at 9:00 pm, how hard do you think it would be to find a cheap hotel room near the venue at that hour ?
