Bowser seems a bit gimped on his killing potential when compared to other heavyweights.

Utilt only works if opponent is behind you, Usmash only reaches max effectiveness if opponent is as close to you and behind you. Usmash has a second hit as Bowser lands but the odds of it hitting are so low I didn't bother to test it. Fsmash only reaches max effectiveness if you hit with both parts of the smash. Dsmash is really, really, unreliable, I've had situations where the opponent pops out in the middle of the smash.
If the attack isn't in there it's because it either can't KO or can't KO below 300%.

But come on, his dash attack only KO's AT 219% (it's almost a straight vertical btw).
