• Who do you main in your Smash game(s) of choice? Why?

Hey Smashboards! 6 month lurker, but recently decided to start playing melee again and decided to make an account here for future purposes. Currently Im learning to main and since those were my favorite in brawl, but Ill probably learn or as my secondaries.

• Why have you joined Smashboards? How did you hear about the site?

I usually like to intergrate myself with communites as it helps me motivate myself to get better at something. Considering i jsut started playing melee I kind of wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone by starting a semi-blog to track my progress and improve my writing skills to help with my major and to better consolodate my ideas and practice them somewhere that interests me C:

• Do you attend tournaments? Do you want to?

I live in europe, specifically France so if anyone knows anybody here that plays smash let me know!

• Talk about your interests outside of Smash Bros.! Anime, sports, other games, etc.

I play Dota 2, with my MMR around 5k if anyone is curious and wants to play from time to time!

Listen to a lot of hip-hop/rap which means The Weeknd drake Kanye all that stuff. Big into edm and old 2000s alternative liek sublime 3 doors down etc.

yeah, I'm not spending to much time with fox atm because of how hard it is for me to shffl properly with him. A lot of my brawl experience carried over to melee, only thing I really need to learn is basic tech skills like wave dashing and combing my shffls but other than that falco is pretty easy atm.
shl and pillaring and spiking all that stuff came within the first 3 days of playing melee so I'm getting used to the speed difference of the two games

Yes Practice those techniques as it's pretty much the elite part of a melee player. Fox is harder to learn and requires precise skills.
