For some reason, no matter what I do, this stage refuses to load.

I'm trying to use this as the alt to Yoshi's Island (Brawl), but the .rel doesn't seem to work properly, and the .rel converter doesn't seem to help. (The stage is based off of Skyworld)
On Dolphin, the stage just refuses to load, but on my Wii, it struggles and then immediately crashes before any fighting could take place.
Has anyone had any luck with this stage? If so, help me out, maybe you have a file that could help. Thanks.
