So I'm currently struggling to understand Brawl's shieldstun.
Several people have told me at this point that shieldstun is calculated by a move's damage divided by 3.
Shieldstun = Damage/3
And shield advantage should be the shieldstun minus the amount of cooldown to the first IASA frame, OR the landing lag.
Shield Advantage = Shieldstun - (IASA - hit frame)
However, looking at this frame data:
http://allisbrawl.com/forum/topic.aspx?id=126479
It doesn't seem to match up. Looking at Lucas' dtilt (non electric):
Damage: 6
Animation Length: 30
IASA: 14
Hit On: 3-5
So from reading this...
I would calculate shieldstun would be 2, and shield advantage would be 2 - (14-3) = -9
However, this page says
Shield Hit Lag: 2
Shield Stun: 9
Advantage: -3
So...what am I doing wrong here? Or are these numbers wrong? (I am not in a position to test and validate unfortunately.)
(Also, is electric a 1.5x modifier like Melee?)
