Help dealing with sheik?

Pretty self explanatory, sheik is obviously an obstacle for any falcon main. Anyone got any advice on how to deal with her, either specific tactics in the match or a stage/character counter pick.

Well it's hard to punish since sheik has barely any lag on her moves, so what I do just try to get a read. Back air can set up to grab or another follow up and just rack up damage that way. A good thing is that sheik is kinda light so she dies easily. A good Raptor Boost will kill sheik at around 100% with some rage. It's pretty hard to edgeguard Her off stage since she is invincible during her up b, so pressure her so that she has to up onto the stage for a punish, since that has some lag. Be careful off stage though, because she is a gimping machine. DI away from her throws and be very vigilant of her movements. If you are careful, you can live for a long time because she does not really have any good kill moves.

usually reads and shielding is what you should be looking for, otherwise try to fake them out with short hops and hope they come in for the tiny opening you might get. like others would say, with how little lag she has in general she can be hard to punish so, examine the players movement and style, and adjust accordingly.
Fighting Sheik you have to play defensive to offensive in matter of seconds.
