Hey guys goats are the new hip thing so it makes sense that Sakurai would want to get in on the hype.
Why not use Nintendo's most famous goat:
The disappointingly ride-able Gogoat.
Specials:
And while we are at lets add his Pre evolution as a Luma/IC summon His neutral b
The less disappointing ride able skiddo
It's down b is milk drink
It's Side B Leach Horn which can grab a ledge
It's Up B is could be grass knot or Vine whip like Ivysaur.
He would use a combination of leaf blades, vine whips, hoof kicks, headbutts, seed bombs and horn swipes for a variety of tilts jabs and smashs.
Jab and Tilts:
A Kick
AA Double kick
AAA Headbutt finisher
<> Tilt Horn Attack
v Tilt Vine whip on both sides
^ Tilt Gogoat will send opponent into the air (like a horse or a bull bucking)
Run Atack: Sliding head but
Smashs:
Up: Seed Bomb (Project M with a leech seed effect)
Side: Goat Kick
Down: Leaf Blade
Air:
back air: Backwards Goat Kick
Forward
air: Downward headbutt (Meteor smash think dk but with his head)
up air: Plants sprout from his grassy pelt
Down B: Think Gannon's Down air but you get an extra jump if you hit someone like a footstool jump.
Final Smash:
It may not be obvious at first but of coarse you gotta summon the God of the goats Arceus to cast Judgement against your foes.
