Giga Bowser after end game

After I play a game with some friends (and one has chosen giga bowser), the character select screen goes off to another character instead of bowser who was originally chosen.

I just ends up on Marth or Meta Knight, it's strange.

That's not a bug. Giga bowser is detected as a different character I believe.

I wonder why it doesn't stay with bowser, though, ya know?
