Hey guys, sorry for the long wait, but there have been some major issues with the Game Junkie tournament videos. The new videos were saved to .mpg instead of .avi, and there were some major issues with the raw footage (sound was off, seconds of matches would just skip, etc.). My apologies for the quality of the video and the poor editing job. My work is usually much better, but under the circumstances, there were some major issues. This was a huge part of the delay. It won't happen again.

Anyway, vids...

First vid isn't working. Those matches were pretty dope :p

What happened to the sound anyway? I miss Peach's "ohhh, did I win?" Or does she say that line in mario tennis? lolz.

Sound was lost when vids were worked.

There shouldn't be problems with this next time, as I intend to force the issue on what format ATI TV Wonder 2.0 works best with (AVI ftw).

It's a real shame that the sound and stuff was lost. I'm not a huge Smash fan (at least not playing it), but I love watching high level Smash and I hate to see such great vids go down the drain. I suppose you could say I am more of a Smash fan than a Smash player. I remember one time I actually wanted to go to FC just to watch.

And that first vid should be up eventually. It is still processing.

Is that a capture card you're talking about. If so, is it internal or external. I heard external ones make lesser quality vids as opposed to internal. What do you think?

It was external. The vid quality is fine on AVI. You can check my work on the Guilty Gear and Naruto vids. Absolutely no problems. For some reason, the video recording manager at Game Junkie decided to use MPG for this Smash tournament. Bad idea.

I asked him not to do it again, so don't anticipate problems like this in the future.

I have an internal capture card in my desktop. The video quality is astoundingly awesome.
