So, I was messing around in training mode, and couldn't help but notice that the number in the "damage" box on the upper right did not correspond with the change in percentage at the bottom of the screen. I also noticed that repeated usage of a fully decayed move often resulted in different numbers.
I know that this is, of course, common knowledge, but the search function yielded no results. Is there an official word on the nature of fractional damage?
