favourite items to have on with friends

when I play locally with my pals I sometimes troll the match with lvl 9 CPUs and the following mixtures:

1. THE BIRDS n THE BEES- cuccos and bee hives on high drop rate
2. Wolverine mode: S flags and food and stars on high drop rate
3. Saturn-holes: mr saturns and pitfalls a plenty
4. Also 30 stock 4 player 200% launch rate hammers only


There's others too that I do in special smash but I mostly play online local matches habitually when it comes to putting in time with smash. Lemme know what or if any of you guys have preferred item settings.

I hate the birds and the bees.

Soccer Balls are the most fun for me. I wish there was a mode where normal attacks do no damage, and the only way to hurt someone is to use a soccer ball.

Add exploding crates to the soccer ball mix and you'll have a blast!

A friend of mine invented a game called Pokemon Master.

You are only allowed to attack with Warlock Punch, Utilt or by throwing Pokeballs.

Me and friend created a custom stage in Brawl and Smash 4.
The rules:

- 300%.
- Poke Balls only.

Each player takes a side and throws whatever PokeBall spawns on their side.

When Items are on, we tend to use a few fun combinations(The names are what I like to call them. My friends usually just list the items off):

Pinball - Bumpers, Springs and Soccer balls

Death from above 1979- Spaceship Bombs(?), Blue Shells, and Warp Stars

Up Up and Away - Beetle's and Galaga's

Size (doesn't) matter - Lightning bolts, and Mushrooms (Both kinds)

Hot and Cold - Hotheads and Freezies

Also the obligatory pokemon battles of course

No, seriously, my friends detest items in general.
When we do, it's usually the Smash ball or the Pokeballs. When we want to be silly, we usually prefer playing in some stupid crazy Custom stage.

The timer, or as I like to call it, "Mahvel Time BABY!"

Seriously, the timer is so amazing when it comes to combo creating, wish it didn't freeze yourself when you pick it up sometimes. :<

All explosive items only. We called it the Michael Bay Match.

Typically, my friends and I play with no items... we aren't huge fans of them. Occasionally we'll use Smash Balls, Assist Trophies, and Poke'balls just to see them. We rarely go all items though.
