then all of a sudden you hear a familiar melody on youtube that brings back memories of all the countless hours grinding your Undead rogue to 85, or all the time spent on Zelda trying to find your god damn guide book... cause how the heck can you beat the game without the flippin' guide book.

I've always been biased towards the soundtracks of Nintendo games (Star Fox and F-Zero especially, cause those put ya in a mood) but I must say as of recently, Skyrim has a very elloquently produced soundtrack.

For me, it's gotta be one of Final Fantasy VI, Chrono Trigger, or Chrono Cross. Though they're FAR from the only games with awesome soundtracks, they're just the 3 that left the biggest impact. Well, until "Morphogenetic Sorrow" came around...gawd...
