Who do you use in SSB? why do you use him/her? don't just say speed or power. details and examples. this should be interesting(sorta)
I use fox(duh). why do I use him... juggle, deflector sheild, smash attack, down+a(splits), the scoop(up+a). did I get it all? yup.

Uh okay.....my fav is Kirby cuz hes fast and strong and uh..good. i bascially use him cuz he has lots of unique skills. unlike dk or mario who just have basic attacks and go in and just attacks, kirby has unique moves. his b move is probably the best because he can obtain any of them. and most people dont expect them cuz kirby is so small and they dont really expect it coming from kirby. i love the stolen dk power because it goes a lot faster on kirby plus hes so small he can sneak up on a group of people and eaisly unleash it. he has a great spike because he can eaisly come back form it. and there is no way to get him to fall off unless you smash him off the whole arena (when they hit the edges or fly up too high). otherwise you can eaisly use his flight and finalcutter to come back. his moves are fast, effective and strong such as his forward smash and down+a smash. his stone drop is good but not on experienced players who can shield against it. if you screw up the stone drop yer dead. i try to use it when the enemy is in the air so that they cant block it. not only that he has great aerial moves. the owning character goes to kirby.

Well I use fox but I agree, kirby is very good. when in the air and your opponent is next to you do his side ways multi kick thing. then do UP+B. right after racking their damage you scoop them up, then spike them down! its awesome. but i've never tested it. I just thought of it

I Like useing DK, but my primary character of choice is Luigi. Gotta love the Fire Uppercut. As well as his tornado move.

I use Samus Aran. The greatest bounty hunter in the universe. I have always liked the metroid games so when I was testing out all the other SSB characters I chose Samus to be my Champ at the end. (I used everybody to beat the one player mode at least twice on hard)

I can't believe you guys. What about Mario. He has the pitiful fireball, that terrible UP B and his not so killer UP+A smash.

My fav has to be Kirby 'cause his attacks are strong and quick, and his Smash Attack just rocks, his special abilities are pretty powerful, my favs being the copy move or the Rock Drop, and last but DEFINETLY not least, his jumping ability. He can jump REALLY high; he has 7 jumps (!) if you include the Up and B attack. I can't get enough of Kirby.

Pikachu and Falcon

Pika- Pikachu is my main simply because he is a Fat rat (nothing beats that...not even rock!) and ive played pikachu since i started smash in 1999 (before tier gayness) and yes this is the honest reason..weird eh?

Falcon- he is fun to play agesnt people who dont know who to play...his combos stack really fast, percents come from nowwhere and he has easy finishers.

What was yoru reason, for questioning his reason, for bumping a 7 year old thread?

If he wants to state his fav char (even though he said fox is hard to control..totaly bias) he should be aloud without the likes of you (thats not an insault, it simply means people who are like you...you being one of them) questioning his ability to do so (wow why did i do this??)

Mario: First character I played in classic mode. But the main reason is this one time at my cousin's house we were playing SSB and i was loosing (this was a loooong time ago) but then I picked Mario and I started winning.
CF: Obvious reasons- He is awesome and combos really well

Kirby's probably the best (unless you've managed to figure out pikachu, which I haven't), but he's also pretty boring. Fox is by far the most fun to play. He's ridiculously fast and his shorthop is ridiculous. Combine a sh with fair or bair and you get a nasty move. His tailsweep is also pretty nice. The physics are great too.

Can't stand his smash attacks though, especially his forward smash. Much more effective to just throw a fair, but yeah. He's so fast, it's not funny.

Agreed. He's a total blast to rip around with. I also love using Link for fun factor, because a match filled with explosions and flying boomerangs and yells of "HAAA!!" is always tons of fun. But of course he's not the greatest for flat-out *** kicking in the same way Fox can be

I don't know... I find his Usmash to be insanely powerful/useful, able to hit people on the ground and send smaller enemies to their death from any point on the map at fairly low damages... his Fsmash useful for attacking right after dodging via dashdance, and his Dsmash useful for clobbering edge-grab-attempting opponents.

i mainly play melee but I am borrowing ssb64 from a friend and having fun with it. I plan to a buy a copy. I like to use samus in it because of her air game. c falcon is fun too. and kirby, and pikachu. . . ness. . mario. . luigi. . dk. . .link. .fox. .jiggs. . .yoshi. . . i love em all
