Falco throw mix ups?

A lot of times I hear people say things like back throw Fsmash is a good DI mix up. I never really hear at what percent this is good. I'm assuming the throw works when someone is trying to DI up throw away and a back throw would cause them to DI towards you. This against fox that I hear people say this.

I'm not sure exactly but you can check out Chillin vs Zhu at SKTAR 3 and there's a point on PS where Zhu does some really nice grab mixups, so you might be able to figure some stuff out from that.
