If you short hop from side platform to top platform, you can use dair to instasnap to the platform without any lag if timed correctly. Definitely useful. I'm checking to see if this is already a well known tech.

Yeah, Samus makes use of it a lot. Don't know how much it's spread to other characters though.

yea sometimes i use the aerial interrupt to help follow up when certain characters DI falco's uptilt really well

Armada's mentioned it on his stream before. Not very well used, I don't think. Requires a good bit of timing with the jump so you don't jump early or slide off in jumpsquat.
