I am surprised that Elegant doesn't have a secondary yet to deal with the Rosa matchup.

For what it's worth, I doubt Elegant will go Luigi if Low Tier City is any indicator. Dabuz and Elegant fought in Winners and Grand Finals there, and Elegant played mostly Mario.

Some surprises in projected top 8 as of right now: Shuton winners side and Tyroy. IMO Tyroy is a bit overseeded (projected to beat falln and MVD) but Shuton could pull it off. (Either Shuton, Mr. E, or MVD is guaranteed top 8 winners side.)

I'm thinking largely attributed to the #1 and 2 Clouds not being present myself. Who else can realistically stop Rosa besides Bayo?

The real question is, who can stop Dabuz with Komo out?


None of the Bayos, even Salem, have been able to go even with him - across the lifespan of the game. I could see a clutch Bof3, but their collective odds start dropping as the rounds increase. I don’t see any of them being able to go two sets and beat him.

Maybe Choco in a Bof5 format?
