Double jab explanation Video?

So I have seen a lot of foxes do the double jab loop to the edge and then down smash (I know it has been a thing for quite a while). I heard the way to do it is to crouch on your second jab to cancel it and then jab again. Well I can't seem to do it and I can't find any video showing me the timing or anything, does anyone here have such a video? Thanks in advance.

The crouch is unnecessary. Fox, Sheik and some other characters' jabs can get a follow up without the crouch. The crouch is however necessary for certain other characters, like C.Falcon for example.

Speaking of crounch cancelling jabs, is there data on how it works frame wise? Is it like Melee's L-cancel where it halves the ending lag of the move or is it something more complicated?
