Dolphin Emu Melee download help

I'm new to emulators and all that, and I have yet to find a good guide on how to download Melee (or any game) onto the Dolphin emulator. The only help that I have found is very shady and (I think) almost gave me a virus. I'm not asking how to download Dolphin or setup a controller.
If you see this and have any insight, please help a new member to the dolphin and netplay community out.
